Do you work only with theatres?
Theatres are a key area of specialisation. We also have extensive Facility Management experience in large office and administrative buildings, with projects including the Hellenic Court of Audit and the offices of UNICEF and UNHCR in Greece.
How does a collaboration begin?
We begin by discussing your venue, its systems and your requirements. Where needed, a site assessment follows with an agreed scope and fee, providing the basis for a specific proposal.
Can work be coordinated with performances?
The venue programme is considered during planning. Access times, noisy activities and possible service interruptions are agreed with the operator according to the technical requirements.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Athens and Attica. For other locations, contact us to discuss the scope and attendance requirements.
Do you offer a defined response time?
Coverage hours, response times and fault reporting procedures are defined in each project agreement according to the installation and its needs.
