Company activities

2K-MAINT was established in 2018. Its activities include technical works, building and building services maintenance and operation, and Technical Facility Management.

Technical services for theatres

Technical and operational support for theatres is a core area of our activity. It calls for knowledge of installations and an understanding of how the venue operates, from maintenance planning to coordination with the operator.

Building management experience

Our experience extends to large office and administrative buildings, public bodies and international organisations. The Hellenic Court of Audit and the offices of UNICEF and UNHCR are representative assignments in building services maintenance and repair, with technical attendance, coordination and BMS management where included in the scope.

Organisation and communication

We place emphasis on clear scope, communication and documentation. Each collaboration starts with the needs of the particular facility, so that technical proposals and support arrangements can work in practice.
